Vor 20 Jahren ist Tabita gestartet – in Lage und in Bulgarien

Tabita gibt es nicht nur in Lage. Vor 20 Jahren wurde neben dem Hilfswerk in Lage auch in Bulgarien ein Hilfswerk mit dem selben Namen eröffnet. Genau wie in Lage werden mit den Erlösen auch in Bulgarien die Kinderheime und Seniorenheime unterstützt.

Zum 20 jährigen Jubiläum hat uns das bulgarische Tabita-Team einen Brief geschrieben, der uns an die Anfänge erinnert. Gott hat die Idee vor 20 Jahren reich gesegenet und hat bis heute nicht damit aufgehört.

„Dear friends from Tabita Germany,

Huge thanks for your warm greetings on Tabitha Bulgaria Foundation’s 20th Anniversary! We would like to acknowledge Lage people’s role in launching Tabitha Bulgaria Foundation and our close connection and fellowship. Some 20 years ago we joined efforts with you and with the Lord’s blessings we started helping the less fortunate children in Bulgarian orphanages.

Our paths crossed at a crucial for Bulgaria moment when the country was on the verge of civil war and we had plunged into misery, indigence and spirituality degradation. You gave us a hand and supported our first steps through a very hard period. And the results were worth while! 

Thanks to our good cooperation we have established the foundation of a sustainable project and paved the path for many underprivileged children to find their place in life and turn their dreams in reality.

We appreciate your generous donation of 1000 EURO which will help promote further Tabitha Bulgaria Foundation’s activities. It will be of great contribution to our work for the good of the children and old people.

Zu Besuch in Bulgarien

„If we had not met, there would have been neither Tabita Germany nor Tabitha Bulgaria and many children would not have had the opportunity to enjoy a proper future and grow into decent people“.  It must have been God’s providence!

So beschrieben Frida und Harry Isaak die besondere Partnerschaft zwischen dem bulgarischen und dem deutschen Tabita-Team, als sie im Oktober letzten Jahres vor Ort waren. Sie beide gehören zu den Gründern der Tabita-Idee. Von Anfang an begleiten sie die Arbeit mit viel Leidenschaft. Die Leidenschaft und den Fleiß aller Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter in Lage und in Bulgarien hat Gott reich gesegnet.
